• King Studios – have one king-size bed, Walk and courtyard views from the window or balcony and an open-plan layout with separate lounge area.
• King Deluxe Studios – are larger than King Studios with the added bonus of a fully-equipped kitchenette and balconies/windows with sea or Walk views.
• King Executive Studios – are the same size as King Studios with the additional benefits of access to the Executive Lounge*, which include: complimentary breakfast, all-day snacks, fresh coffee and wonderful ocean views from the 35th floor.
• One Bed Loft Apartments – feature en-suite bathrooms, kitchens, split level living space, superb views of Dubai marina or the Arabian Gulf and access to the benefits of the Executive Lounge*.
• One Bed Sea View Loft Apartments – are larger than One Bed Loft Apartments and include the same amenities other than access to the Executive Lounge.
• Two Bed Apartments – one en-suite master bedroom, one double bedroom with separate bathroom, floor to ceiling windows with pool and terrace views, eight chair dining table and fully-equipped kitchen; perfect for families.
• Three Bed Apartments – located on the upper floors and larger than Two Bed Apartments with one en-suite master bedroom, one double, one queen-size bedroom and one separate bathroom. Suitable for six adults and two children.
• Four Bed Apartments – larger than Three Bed Apartments, located on a higher floor with two balconies, two queen-size bedrooms, one king-size en-suite master bedroom and a double bedroom with separate bathroom. This is the largest apartment accommodation and sleeps eight adults and four children.
