Day 1
Quito
Upon arrival into Quito, transfer to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day can be spent at leisure, enjoying the delights of the city.
Day 2
Baltra and Santa Cruz
Take an early morning flight to the Galapagos landing in Baltra and meet with your tour guide who will assist the transfer to Evolution in Puerto Ayora.

Day 3
Isabela Island and Ferandina
In the morning you’ll make your way to Isabela Island, to Punta Vicente Roca which is situated at the ‘mouth’ of this seahorse-shaped island. From here you can take ‘panga’ rides along the cliff wall or explore a partially sunken cave at the edge of the lapping waters. In the afternoon, you’ll visit Punta Espinoza on Fernandina Island which is the youngest in the Galapagos Islands. Whilst here, you’ll witness the largest colony of marine iguanas and vast array of birdlife.

Day 4
Isabela Island
Today sees you explore more of Isabela Island, the lesser-explored of the Galapagos. This area has the largest colony of giant Galapagos tortoises and the beach is dotted with coconut palms. In the morning, you’ll make an easy wet landing on Urbina Bay and walk along the coast – you may also wish to go snorkelling to explore more of the marine life. In the afternoon, you’ll visit Tagus Cove where you’ll follow a trail along Lake Darwin up a ridge which offers spectacular views of the surrounding scenery.

Day 5
Bartolomé and Sullivan Bay
Take part in a guided tour of Bartolomé Island before hiking to the summit for spectacular panoramic views. Afterwards, relax on the beach and be amazed by the semi-tropical surroundings here. From here, visit Sullivan Bay on Santiago Island where you’ll have the chance to visit the striking lava formations before visiting the sea lions and crabs on the white sand beach, just a short walk away.

Day 6
Bachas Beach and Cerro Dragon
Take a morning excursion to Bachas Beach and observe the wildlife before enjoying some free time to go snorkelling or swimming. From here, head to Cerro Dragón on the west coast of Santa Cruz Island – upon arrival, you’ll observe the land iguanas and flamingos, among a host of other bird species, which frequent the salt water lagoon.

Day 7
Santa Cruz
Arrive into Puerto Ayora in the morning and take a trip to the Charles Darwin Research Station to visit the giant Galapagos tortoises. The vegetation and flora here is also some of the most varied found across the islands. In the afternoon, take some time to journey through the highlands where you can see the tortoises in their natural habitat.

Day 8
Española
Today sees you visit Punta Suarez on Española Island, where you’ll embark on guided walks and follow traisl through a rookery to learn more about the geological history of this area. Afterwards, hike to the top of the cliff for amazing views – a fantastic spot for photo opportunities. In the afternoon, sail to Garner Bay where you can enjoy some free time to soak up the surrounding scenery, go swimming or explore the marine life with some snorkelling.

Day 9
San Cristóbal and Quito
You’ll reach San Cristobal in the morning in time to visit El Junco Lagoon to observe the varied vegetation which surrounds what is the largest lagoon in the Galapagos Islands. You will disembark after breakfast and, after a brief visit to the Interpretation Centre, transfer to Quito. Make your way to the hotel and enjoy a final night before your departure tomorrow.
