Day 1

Perth

Today you’ll arrive in Perth airport where you’ll transfer to the port-side city of Fremantle. Take some time at your hotel to relax before enjoying a Welcome Reception where you’ll get the chance to meet your tour guide and group.

Day 2

Perth

After breakfast you’ll take a coach into Perth, the capital of Western Australia. Here you’ll take a wonderful guided sightseeing tour taking in the many highlights that the city has to offer. You’ll visit the pretty Botanic Gardens and walk around stunning Kings Park before returning to Fremantle on a cruise along Swan River.

Day 3

Fremantle

Today is a free day to explore Fremantle. Known as Freo to locals, Fremantle is a coastal city with a port and plenty of interesting attractions. Explore the architecture of the town and going shopping at the market. Alternatively, you can choose to go on optional excursions including visits to the Swan Valley Wine Region, Rottnest Island, Margaret River Region or Pinnacles Desert.

Day 4-5

Alice Springs

Today you’ll leave Fremantle after breakfast and transfer back to Perth airport for a flight to Alice Springs in central Australia. Over these two day you’ll explore the Australian outback and the area surrounding the town. You’ll have the option to take a sunrise hot-air balloon flight and a camel ride at sunset.

Day 6

Uluru/Ayers Rock

Today you’ll take advantage of Alice Springs’ proximity to one of Australia’s most iconic sights. You’ll travel through Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, enjoying the ochre desert scenery before reaching the impressive rock itself. You’ll get to watch the sunset over Uluru for one of the most memorable moments of the trip.

Day 7-10

Cairns/Great Barrier Reef

After rising early to take in the sunset over Uluru you’ll take a guided tour around the base viewing caves and impressive rock art. You’ll then fly from the airport to Cairns where you’ll be spending the next four nights.

During your stay you’ll spend a day exploring the Great Barrier Reef. This will include a catamaran cruise for snorkeling and sightseeing. Here you’ll have the chance to take a glass-bottom boat ride or just relax on the sundeck.

The rest of the time is at leisure in Cairns where you’ll have the option to choose from a number of excursions including hot-air balloon rides, the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway or an exploration of indigenous Australian culture.

Day 11-13

Melbourne

On day 11 you’ll take a flight down to the wonderful city of Melbourne, undoubtedly one Australia’s finest. Here you’ll spend three nights with plenty of time to take in all of the amazing sights, sounds and tastes on offer. Take a sightseeing tour to some of the most remarkable places, visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, Federation Square and Cook’s Cottage.

You’ll also have the chance to go on optional excursions to Phillip Island, or a cruise on the Yarra River.

Day 14-17

Sydney

On day 14 you’ll fly to Sydney for the final leg of your tour. Staying here for four nights you’ll have plenty of leisure time to really get to know the city, taking in the most incredible sights including the Opera House and the Harbor Bridge.

With two full days at leisure you’ll have the option to visit the nearby Blue Mountains, explore vineyards, traverse the Hunter Valley or just spend more time in this encapsulating city.

Day 18

Depart Sydney

Today you’ll depart from Sydney.
