  • La Pergola Restaurant.  An a la carte restaurant offering a delightful gastronomic experience that satisfies all five senses. Spanish dishes, such as small-plate tapas and paella, are served alongside fresh Canarian seafood, all prepared using culinary science to create a mouth-watering dinning experience. Open 1.00pm – 4.00.pm and dinner Monday- Friday 7.00pm-10.00pm
